- The website development begins after the confirmation of the start date via email and when all necessary texts and images are provided by the Client.
- The process takes 14 days from the official start date.
- Upon completion, the Client will receive access to the final website.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Order cancellation before delivery is not allowed.
- No refunds are provided after the website has been delivered.
- In case of technical issues, the Provider will offer support and fixes.
4. Copyright and Usage
- The Client receives a non-exclusive right to use the website.
- The Client is not allowed to resell or distribute the website without explicit permission.
5. Liability
- The Provider is not responsible for data loss, hacking, or any external factors after website delivery.
- The Client is responsible for the content they upload and publish.
